Nice hospital discount and valet parking is free when at hospital. Very friendly people. Tho my husband heard dogs barking all night. I am hard of hearing, also I was limited to where to plug in cpap equipment so he had to sleep on side where AC blew right across him He's a chill baby anyway so he was freezing throughout the night. Otherwise its a great place. Nice selections for the continental breakfast.

Positive: Clean and comfortable, bed was great, staff pleasant. Huge plus that there was a small fridge in the room. Negative: Parking was more than it should have been it was advertised as $30 a night and they charged $40 a night. Parking should not be that expensive.

Breakfast is not really nice. Just packed stuff and bad coffee. You explicitly need to order room service. If you don’t, they don’t change towels. They could have announced that during check in, but did not. At check out, the lady was super unfriendly and I did not feel appreciated as a guest. She even complained when I asked her, if I was bothering her with my questions. She complained, I was smashing things on the counter (totally not true!). When I asked her, if she can trash a few pieces of paper, she refused and said „there is a trash bin!“ this is not what I expect of a super hotel. The best was the bar lady. She was super nice in the evenings and even is a great singer! This was 5 star. The rest was 0 stars compared to the price of the place. 600 something USD for two nights brings a higher expectation to service and breakfast. Not again for me.

Initial impression was great, nicely decorated/ renovated lobby and dining area. Unfortunately there weren’t much customer service throughout our stay. Everyone is minding their own business, no interaction or even greetings. The room is basic and seemed nice until you look into detail; napkins were empty when we check in, and no top up even after housekeeping.. the furniture in the room are old, obvious wear and tear, definitely needs some TLC.. the location of the room we had was next to the lift, you can hear the lift motor whenever the lift is in motion 24/7. Not the best experience, but the price was decent.
