Great location right by Broadway. Bed was super comfortable and coffee machine was solid (there's a Keurig in the room but their machine grinds the beans for your cup). No windows in the room was actually a plus (easy to sleep). Solid place - would stay again.

Location was perfect. Room was nice and clean. Appreciated having the small fridge and microwave in the room and the coffee bar by the elevator. My only minor complaint is the shower pressure was kind of weak. But other then that everything was perfect and worthy of 5 stars.

This is our favorite place to stay in Nashville. I'm so glad they are back up and running. Very nice modern rooms. New staff Sarah and Rachel, very nice and receptive. Very close to downtown Nashville, right by Broadway and right on the river. Walk everywhere. Love the kitchen area features, nice to be able to make coffee in your room and have mini fridge and stove. Love our balcony to be able to have coffee and look out over the river. This is a great place to stay.

After reading the review below from Jodi Barbre, I decided to write my own experience thus far with the management. My wife and I, as well as several others traveling with us have reservations coming up in May 2022. At the time we made our reservations we were unaware that the bombing location was on the same street and had an impact on the hotel. After realizing this, we decided as a group to keep our reservations and hope for the best. The issue we are having we can't get a response. I have sent 3 emails, using the exact email address that Jodi is being told to use, over the last 2 1/2 weeks and I haven't gotten 1 response. I am trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, I'm sure it's not an easy thing to deal with, but the lack of a response is very concerning to all of us.
