I came in to make my first mortgage payment on my new house. I was met with Christian Vidal. I knew I was in for a real treat, Christian was dressed to the nines. Looked very professional. And when he spoke, he was so kind and genuine. His communication skills were amazing. He helped me open up a checking account, helped me with the wintrust mobile app set up, and even notarized some documents for me. He can do it all. I highly recommend him and this bank.

If you offer this safe deposit box service, ask for Cristian Vidal, he is a very friendly and helpful banker. For me, he is the bank with the best customer service and more banking options. Wintrust Bank.
