Poor customer experience and treatment received by banker Connie Walksler. I was expecting a warm, professional environment and it was definitely the contrary. This specific banker needs more training on wire transfers to Mexico especially, the lack of knowledge made me feel unsure about my transaction and business. She eventually helped me with this transfer but I left feeling not confident and uncomfortable.

It’s now been 1 hour and 27 minutes on hold while I’m writing this review. It’s ridiculous.

You can get a list of foreclosed homes (those that are empty, abandoned, secured by the bank or on an auction list) from downtown in the records office. Cook County government websites are atrocious, probably intentionally so to prevent people from accessing records. You will be able to search by address, block, county and lender. If you want to know which homes Chase owns that are in foreclosure, it is unlikely to provide them. Keep in mind, foreclosure does not mean your house is on the auction list. There are lots of people behind in their mortgages and technically in foreclosure. Once they bring their payments current, they are out of that status.
I really don't know but go inside talk 2 staff i;m sure somebody will help or call first
