What a great service center! They fixed my vehicle, explained everything well and billed me fairly. A month later I had a concern about something they had worked on and they checked it out and fixed it free of charge. The beautiful waiting area with coffee and snacks is a nice bonus.

This is my second visit and both times the staff and service were excellent. They are courteous and helpful with questions. They work very efficiently and provide good quality. I was not aware of all the services they provide but I will be using them more often for more than tire service.

I’ve been going to Tom for years. The dealer quoted me $100 more for the tires and $300 for the alignment. Tom was $100 less, and only charged me $100 for the alignment. They had to order my tires, but everyone should expect delays in hard to find items right now due to supply chain problems and shortage of product. Tom texted me when my car was done, I dropped it off in the morning, it was done around 11. He was working with a short staff due to Covid, I think that’s pretty good. He is not going to try and upsell you to something you don’t need, and he’ll find the best deal for the best tire. Can’t go wrong with Tom’s Tires! Oh, by the way, my New tires ride sooo nice!

I was looking for a place that offers wheel alignment because I got new tires. Found Tom's Automotive Service Center to be very close to my place and scheduled an appointment. Called and in a few hours I was in their shop. Waited about 5 mins since there was a customer ahead of me. They did my car and 25mins later I was out of the shop. They drove test my car too, before and after the alignment, which was great. Tells me they really do their job very well. Customer service was great! Victor and Mario and the mechanic was great! Very good place to go get your car fixed. Prices were also very good compared to other shops I was able to contact. Definitely recommend this place!
