Two stars is all I can give this hotel. The lobby was dirty, and the elevator is the slowest one I've even been in. Most of the people at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, though, including the bathroom. As most hotels, though, the bed sagged and was uncomfortably soft. There is no back support at all in that mattress, so needless to say, I didn't sleep very well because of it. I was provided that hotel by American Airlines since my flight was delayed, which would have caused me to miss my connecting flight. One night's stay was enough. I can't say that it's a bad hotel, but it could use some updating.

Proximity to the airport is the reason why we stayed here. There is a free shuttle to the airport which is handy if you don't have a car. Nice pool and gym. Breakfast is better than a lot of places and it is also free. Staff is very helpful. N

Hotel was pretty nice & updated. Still need to do do a little more to keep up with newer locations. Breakfast was impressive. I was amazed that they had turkey sausage for us no pork eating folks.

We had a nice stay here. The gentleman who checked us in went out of his way to give restaurant suggestions and helped us book the shuttle which took us to Broadway and back for $10 per person. That’s a bargain compared to taxis, Lyft or Uber. Room was pretty clean. Shuttle to the airport picked us up on time. Friendly staff. Good place to stay for the price. Thank you.

You might want to check with the hotel directly. Some Hotel's have a strict policy about parking over night without having a parking permit showing you're a guest there. Hope this helps some.
It's free. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and extremely nice. If you let them know the night before that's great. I would tip the driver, come on the ride isn't costing you.
Hello! We work with a third party company (Monarch) to transport downtown. They leave every hour, on the hour, and have be be requested at least 30 minutes prior to your desired pickup time. The cost is $10 per person, round-trip (cash) and a little bit more if paying with card so we recommend hitting up the ATM first! Additionally, if you have more than two people in your party, it would be more cost effective to share an Uber or Taxi.
I thought my TV had this possibility, perhaps unplug the existing HDMI cable
There are shuttles but not one from them specifically
