My stay was overrated, due to improper cleaning and sanitizing of the room. I had citrus cleaning solution in my bathroom next to a pile of ashes. Rose Pedals and empty drink bottles were underneath our bed and when I tried to use the phone for the front desk, it was a one way line.. I could hear her but she couldn't hear me.! Before checking out i inquired about the manager and the attendant informed me he would be in about 10:30-11:00 am. We took advantage of the breakfast bar WHICH WAS GREAT!!! But upon checking out she said he had an emergency and that she wouldn't issue me a receipt until he was completely involved on the matter. She insured me that he would call or email me Asap!. Never heard from anyone after my trip to Nashville.

I visit Nashville once a month and this was my first time staying here. Front desk was very friendly and patient, the hotels GM was on site and very welcoming. Check-in was a breeze! My room was VERY spacious ( I booked the 2 dbl bed 1 room suite) this room could comfortably sleep 6 ppl, the living room area has a pullout sofa with a TV and the fresh linens. I went down for breakfast and was greeted by the attendant and morning desk associate, breakfast was good! Waffles, eggs, sausages, biscuits/toast, danishes, muffins, cereal, coffees/juices and everything was delicious. I extended my stay another night, which was quick and easy. The morning desk associate was the best! I needed help finding some supplies and she offered the best referral suitable for my needs. My stay was quiet, no unnecessary noises thru the hotel. Overall an amazing experience! Very comfortable stay, will definitely stay here again.

I got the room for the spa tub. Didn't use it because the bathroom had a funky smell like urine. The room did not look like the picture. The couches were worn out. I didn't want to ruin my night so I didn't complain while I was there. If your going for the pool it wasn't open. So you may want to call and check first. I didn't. The staff was great!

First night of check in our room was trashy and wasn’t even clean. We were down graded but not properly accommodated. We got moved to our actual room the next day about 1 or 2. Charged us full price for the second stay versus discounting it since we wasn’t in our actual room for nothing but half a day before checking out the following day. Never received our deposit back and the manager Larry and front desk lady who seemed more worried about everything else but resolving the issue. This hotel is horrible compared to the way it used to be. Unprofessional….
