Its a ok place to live if you stay to yourself..
This is not a family friendly community, you park and go inside your home and hopefully you weren’t robbed that day!
So I can only tell you from my personal experiences I lived there for 2 years. I have seen some pretty crazy stuff go down but would I consider it unsafe? Not anymore than any other place in the area. The management there does some good stuff to try and help the community like security and fast response to sketchy situations.
