I just moved here in October and so far so good! The apartment was spotless and the area is perfect to walk around the city. The apartment's gym is one of my favorite perks, there's always room for me when I want to go

It's time to part our ways with NorthEnd due to significant rent increase. Stayed here for 3 years and it's a mix of ups & downs. First of all it's not a 5 star community, if you're coming with that expectation then you're going to disappoint yourself. Location is great with access to everything and rent was used to be relatively less than other neighboring communities. You simply cannot beat this location with Tom n Thumb right across the street. Staff members are nice & helpful especially Corey, we mostly interacted with him since we signed our lease back in 2018. Actually all my 3 stars are for Corey and their maintenance staff (Carlos & others). Disadvantages: Internet lines are very slow due to just one option (AT&T) and old telecom lines. Water shut-off is also huge problem here, again due to old age of the apartments. But staff is doing well in informing residents in advance. A/C doesn't reach every corner of the apartment, so you have to keep it on all the times resulting in huge electricity bill. In my unit, my bedroom temperature never goes below 78. Overall, we enjoyed staying in the area. Quick access to 35, 75 and tollway. Attending multiple events at American Airlines Center and Kylde Warren Park was so easy without worrying about parking and driving. Exploring different restaurants, bars in Downtown, Uptown & Deep Elum, it was a nice experience.

Great location. Nice people. Very little care for the property. Hot tub has never worked in the six months we’ve been here, pool is dirty, no paper in the printer in the business center...or even back-up paper to re-load it. There is a car that seems to have been abandoned in the parking lot, covered in dust, that people have ignored for months. No one checks in with security like you’re supposed to, despite the signs. Water is sometimes turned off without warning for maintenance.

So far we have loved this place. It has all the feelings of a small community in the midst of a bustling and growing Victory Park area. Love the layout of the community, and fairly easy to get in and out of, along with great location to many new and trending restaurants. Our unit is great, feels very comfortable and cozy. All of the amenities are modern, and the apartment is very clean. Have only lived here 3 months but plan to live here as long as I stay in Dallas. Management has been extremely quick on responses and helpful. Especially Abigail - she has always responded to us the next business day with whatever our needs may be, and she is always in a positive attitude and willing to help. I wish she could be a part of every community that I rented at.

What about the maintenance, insurance and property taxes? What about the opportunity to move? What about financial liquidity? We know that apples and pears are both fruits, but not everyone values them the same. And if you prefer pears, I wouldn't call you dumb, just because I like apples more...
There are signs posted throughout the property. I cant remember the name on them. Call the office and they will give you the phone number.
