Don't pick a unit close to the pool. On weekdays the pool gets extremely rowdy from 5 PM to past 10 PM, with kids screaming and music blaring loudly. On weekends its from noon til around 11 PM. Other than that the complex is decent.

First of all let me say this apartment is everything that I wanted. Jose and his staff were very helpful and nice during this experience. From the beginning to the end they provided exceptional service. Jose answered all of my questions and made sure that I was good to go. Mya assisted the day of the move she was very energetic and had a wonderful spirit.I love my new home and the RPM team.If you're looking for an optimal moving experience RPM is the management company for you.

For the area that this complex is located and the price point it is currently offering, given the current economic conditions, I would like to say that Los Altos is hard to beat. It's got built in W/D, Surround sound speakers that can connect to your smart TVs for streaming services, as well as built in ADT alarm systems we can set up on our own. (not to mention the 12 foot ceilings and dark hardwood floors all throughout the floorplan, giving it a neutral appearance prior to being furnished) The deciding factor to me living here had to be: -Pool large enough for 120 people -3- Acre dog park -functioning gym equipment, with stair climbers!!! The office staff is extremely welcoming and attentive to residential needs and is always detail oriented. Since moving in I have noticed a few things: -Common area coffee bar is always stocked -Valet Trash bins have been taken in more frequently than left out through the day -Surrounding grassy areas are clearing of pet waste -community rules and policies are being enforced -much more. Both front desk leasing associates, Dylan and Mya were extremely informative in their tour, and I was even greeted by both the Community and Assistant Managers, who got out of their way to step out of their offices, which is rare for most properties. Jose and Alex are also extremely informative about everything there is to know about the property, whether it be about the lease agreements itself, or general/historical information about the property and surrounding retail partners. This team truly values work ethic and residential relations.

I had originally posted a very positive review on this place. Unfortunately my experience after move out forced me to retract my prior review. I moved out on the agreed time and followed check out instructions. I hired my own cleaning company for final cleaning. Few months later I get a bill for $89.20 for terminal cleaning which is not outlined in the contract. After move out you do not have interaction with the staff on site but rather a 'former resident' team that ignored my explanation and proof of cleaning. It has been a waste of time going back and forth with them for an amount that is probably insignificant to them and for a service I had already paid for. Some pictures on move out for you to judge. I'd recommend you rather live somewhere you get more personalized attention. Update: was contacted by the property manager directly regarding this is issue. Jose was very responsive and courteous and was able to help me come with an arrangement on the move out matter. Definitely made more sense addressing my concerns directly to him within the property than some former resident team elsewhere.
