Really wish I could leave zero stars. The new and old management are equally terrible. They might as well fire the employees because everyone at this location is useless. Nobody calls you back about any concerns ,the AC in the apartment does not fully work. I woke up to a man in my apartment doing unrequested maintenance (in which my power was shut off for an hour) being a young female I find that highly inappropriate and feel I should've had notice. There is nowhere to park unless you pay for parking and the spots are ALL compact and are often used by the construction people. Nothing here works including the pool, laundry room, mail room, sprinklers and gates. It's always cats on people's cars, people steal packages and mail, there were roaches and ants in my apartment and the pest control people barely helped. Living here you will see big raccoons, and possums. The cops are always there and the people are loud. I was often asked if I needed any drugs from random people while walking around my apartment. The apartment complex owes me money and has started ignoring me due to them being so unprofessional. The valet trash does not always show, but we still have to pay. If the complex see's this do not comment and tell me to call becuase you all will not answer the phone, instead try calling me!!! I could really go on and on but the whole street is full of apartments MOVE SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Do not move here. Packages are stolen from your front door. Garbage will pile up. Pool is not available even when offered. AC unit took 2 months for them to fix with it still not operating in one of the rooms so only half the apartment is cooled down. This has to be the worst dump I have ever seen in my life which is extremely overpriced for what it is. No previous notice for turning your water off or repairs. No updates of any kind given via email. And when you ask them for rent reduction or just to leave they wanna stick you harder by saying "SORRY YOUR STUCK HERE NOT OUR PROBLEM" Even new ownership staff is disrespectful so dont buy into the we are new management line and doing things differently. DONT MOVE HERE

My upstairs neighbors let her kids run, jump and throw each other to the walls to the point the chandelier in the dining room swings and they also knock my pictures off the wall by doing so.The water is turned off every other day. Sometimes the trash doesn’t get picked up though you pay for the service.They make repairs on things that don’t need to be repaired.The gates don’t work and today they had the nerve to take up a bunch of slabs out of the parking lot with no warning to the residents and the slab is right in front of my car so I can’t pull out and I’m stuck at home. Did you all ever think to yourselves that the tenants need to be able to leave for work because I’m sure you all are going to ask for the full rent.

Did a tour qith Gina Buentello. Loved her energy and the tour she gave. Gina showed me the property and told me what all they are adding to this community with the fitness center ter and all loved it. I decided not to lease there but I still would like to give this community a 5 star because you can see the work that they are putting in and they seem like some real cool people and would get right on any issues that would have came up. Go check them out and see for your self

I turned my rent of may on the 27th of April and on may 3rd, I received an email and text messages saying that I gotta pay the rent. I was freaking me out. I called them and checked. They said it was a group message for the whole residents living in Silvercreek. I liked the previous management more than now. I can start feeling it will be a whole mess for the change

Just got approved for our apartment perla is wonderful kind and excellent at what she does always smiling always asking about our day most of all she got us in our apartment..thanks perla we greatly appreciate it.

I love SilverCreek apartments and the management. The process with Tasha and Alex has been wonderful from applying to the community to moving in and having my maintenance done immediately (meaning the same day) It is clean, friendly, and quiet.

HD unhappy is an understatement but who are you to tell me about false information. Nobody and no it wasn’t magically you can ONLY type so much on google review I eventually found her a parking spot but yet I do not owe you any explanation, and here you go again sounding like they bought you or gave you a discount. Your funny to tell me about my experiences as you was there. I have lived here going on 5 years and I haven’t seen this many positive changes since I moved in. Yes it frustrating at first but once I sat down with Natalie and Angie they explained everything out. I get it and now it’s amazing I love it

Jesus you are the maintenance guy your check allows you to post a positive post and to HD of course you will enjoy the new management because you have been here and been through 3 different management companies so if the new management is painting the apartment and cutting trees and sending disrespectful text message in all CAPS etc and towing residents cars when if you are completely honest with yourself you know there is no where to park then if you actually look at what the residents are going though you would be honest, but I’m sure they are communicating with you well because you are a tenant who has seen ups and downs. But this new management team is horrible we. This complex should make the news and see how many complaints and interviews they will have dealing with complaints but I do respect your opinion but if we could post the text messages and emails and residents who have went into the office and wanting to fight the managers because of the disrespect.
