The apartments are descent for the price be aware does have roaches but my unit is roach free due to me doing my own pest control products which has worked significantly on other hand the pest control they do is not good at all ..I’ve learned here in Texas roaches are in a lot of apartments even nicer once’s just bc of the climate but some worse than others but keep your unit clean as possible no left over dishes over night and clean counters and floors especially in corners and close up sink and tub drains ..parking is terrible they keep making every space reservation there should be a limit on how many spots they make that for it’s not worth paying for reserve it’s no garage or car shed and definitely car break ins randomly at latest hours of the night even with locked doors it’s someone scoping and watching people

Staying at these apartments was good for about the first week. Upon move in, it looked like the apartment had not been cleaned previously. There was still dirt and grime on the windows, oven, as well as pretty much everywhere, but that’s an easy fix. 2nd. It will take the maintenance team three times before anything is fixed. I’ve had issues with my bathroom as well as my air conditioning and as soon as the maintenance team came to fix it it felt like there were even more issues shortly afterwards. All of the fixes that they make are temporary and everything will break again. Luckily the maintenance guys are extremely nice so that’s a plus. 3rd. Contacting the office is a nightmare. They will not respond to any emails. As of right now, I have emailed the manager Jessica about three times regarding an issue and have not heard back until you actually go into the office and even then they are very quick to get you out. 4th. The walls of the apartments are paper thin and you will hear absolutely everything that your neighbors do so it’s best to be acquainted with them. I made the mistake of moving into these apartments as i was a first time renter and very young. these were the first apartments i saw and decided to go for it as my situation was pretty urgent. My advice is please spend the extra time searching for an apartment and do not move here.

I can only give the community 2 stars. These apartments are very cheap and there are roaches in the units. The roaches didn’t stop until finally they “plugged some holes in the apartment”.
