Yes, on designated days. Some days are reserved for their members.
They also have a bed and breakfast and I was rold by rhe proprietors that some of the members also will allow or invite nonmembers to ride and give a rour.

Yes, it is open year round, most days are open to public, only a few days a year are private play days for members!
