Take the animal to the, ASPCA, ACC. Google for the address & phone #.
Animal care center will take the dog and try to find him a new home. They will charge a small fee.

If anyone can help, my cat has gone missing on January 26th, 2018. He is grey and white. His whole back and tail are grey. He has a white spot where his tail and back meet. He has a pink nose with a black speck on the left nostril. I miss him terribly!!!! His name is Lucky. :(
