The absolute best service I have ever received! I worked with Emy & Owen & I can not say more positive things about both of them. I had my Berta wedding dress altered by them, my mom & sister came with me & loved their service & expertise so much that they got both of their dresses for the wedding altered by them as well! My mom wanted to make sure everything was perfect, Emy & Owen were so patient, listening to her every concern, assuring her & truly delivering. All of our dresses fit like a glove. Emy became a true friend due to her kindness, positivity & warmth. I traveled all the way from Texas for each fitting because I was so confident in them & I truly do not think I could have gotten better service anywhere else.

Madame Paulette did a great job altering my Reem Acra dress and Rehearsal Dinner dress, I enjoyed working with Emy and the alterations team. I agree with the comments they can be hard to get a hold of. Just know you need to be organized and write down your next appointment time etc and then you won’t get annoyed. If you need anything call the shop don’t text. Dress turned out beautifully! I sent to get cleaned at their facility and don’t have it back yet. I will update once it’s back!

We needed curtains and a large sofa cleaned. Henry Ortiz took on the task of scheduling all work. He went above are expectations. Even with the tight parameters he came through without a hiccup. I truly can't say enough about Henry's old school work ethic. Highly recommend Madame Paulette. When you do call, ask for Henry Ortiz. You will not be disappointed.
