The 2 professionals came in and delivered exceptional cleaning . My couch had a stain that I thought couldn’t be removed .. it’s now gone. My carpet is back to white . All stains and prints are gone .. my wooden floor looks and feels clean … thank you for your making my day .. My house is spotless again .

I have the 1st technician that came to clean my furniture was awful. I kept telling him the furniture did not look clean but he kept on reassuring me it still looks dirty because it was still wet. So I waited three days for it to dry and yes I was right he did a lousy job. Two techs came on the second try they did do better but the chairs were still not clean. I am very disappointed because it cost me $333.00 and my problem still exists. I am planning to clean it myself. Not a satisfied customer.
A light vacuuming in the traffic areas is recommended but not required. If needed, the crew can pre-vacuum the area to be cleaned.
