Jeeves did not disappoint! I came in last minute with a brand new designer dress that had a chemical odor from manufacture. They was able to rush my order and do a special treatment called the Ozone treatment that removes all odors from fabric. I was warned with the short period of time it may or may not remove the awful scent. It did though and I didn’t smell anything and was able to wear my dress to my event as planned without the strong odor. Thank you and I greatly appreciate the tall gentleman working there he’s extremely knowledgeable and assured me and knew just what needed to be done with my dress. :)

Jeeves New York excels in both their technical capabilities and their customer service, and I highly recommend the company for any problems requiring a luxury materials that require a delicate touch you won't get from others, and where trust to "do no harm" matters more than anything else. Jeeves New York recently performed an in-home service that resulted in the full restoration of my mattress, which had developed a difficult-to-clean oxidation stain another cleaner had failed to remove. The stain removal was also made more difficult due to both the time that had passed as well as the luxury materials involved. Jerry Pozniak, the owner, directly received my inquiry for service, worked with me to understand the situation, provided me a detailed assessment and overview of his recommended plan, and personally arrived to my apartment to clean the mattress. Jerry applied his technical knowledge of stains and solvents to identify the correct type of cleaning process, which the previous cleaning company failed to consider. He also applied a patient hand, which resulted in my mattress remaining almost fully dry throughout the entire process, while the previous cleaner caused my mattress to be saturated with water for over a day. I also pointed out an oil stain on my wool headboard, which Jerry fully restored in probably less than a minute, as a generous and complimentary addition. Throughout the entire process, Jerry was polite, professional, knowledgeable, efficient, very focused on customer service, and importantly, provided me detailed and concise answers to questions to ensure that I fully understood his process. He also followed up with me multiple times throughout the process and made sure that I understood how accessible he wanted to be for me. I would encourage anyone who's been dissatisfied with typical NYC cleaners and the shattered expectations and trust they leave behind to contact Jerry and his team at Jeeves, as they won't disappoint.
