I did not pay that much. I adopted a 7 month old. Already spayed by ACC with a surgical herna repair aleeady done. Fee was $75. Plus they give you a voucher for free medical if animal get cat croup and a bag of cat food.They might charge more for kittens. Call them directly to find out
For me it was 125 and a additional 150 to get her spayed
