The cost of a room during the summer appears to be in line with the other hotels in the area. I suspect during sporting events/ special events the rates will increase accordingly... as will the other hotels in the area.
Not sure, I was at the Aloft Glendale for a job interview and they are not yet open. The manager I spoke with said they will not be ready for at least 3 more weeks.
