I used to love this hotel but service has taken a severe nose dive. There's some nice people at the front desk but some not so nice people that look put out when you ask them for something that was never the case before. Breakfast has become gross and the cleaning of the rooms is almost non-existent. They'll make the bed but they don't give you toilet paper they don't give you a new Kleenex they don't give you new cups it's not the kind of service you expect. When I come here I come for 2 weeks. Normally I have the do not disturb sign on my door because I don't need a lot but when I want them to do my room I expect them to do my room and they don't replenish anything it's horrible now it was never like this before. I'm not sure what changed but it kind of sucks and also the clientele is way ruder than it used to be. They actually refolded a facial towel I used to wipe makeup off and left it for me to use again? I won't be back.

These people really know how to take care of you had a suite with a kitchen and two rooms both with their own bathroom and shower. Staff was excilent. Maid service awesome! Pool and evening social awesome. Like who don't like free beer with dinner.

Really enjoyed our stay. The associates were friendly and attentive. The room was large and clean and lots of connectivity sites for devices. The breakfast had a nice variety. Next time we're in Phoenix, AZ, the Holiday Inn Express will be our go-to place.

Very clean, looks like it is pretty new. Great location. Only complaint is the showers. Hotel still uses shower curtains, you know they don’t clean shower curtains when they clean the room. Also no hot water in the morning, best I could get was warm. Shower last night was much better but the morning shower, the important wake up shower, was such a let down. Beds very comfortable and room clean. I would stay again if there was no other choice, but wouldn’t come back on purpose.

Great spot that we love to stay at when we come to town for hockey! Easy walking distance to arena and that great little entertainment district. Comfortable and quiet rooms, a very nice pool, and it's close to Cracker Barrel!
About a 5 min drive or 15 min walk from the hotel. The shuttle runs from 5pm - 11pm (may differ on game day). The shuttle will get you pretty close and than it is only a 5 min walk.
All you can eat breakfast bar. Standard for the chain. Eggs, biscuits and gravy, bacon or sausage, cold cereals, oatmeal cups, boiled eggs, yogurts, fruit, toast, bagels, sweet rolls, pancake machine, milk, juices, coffee, bagged teas, instant chocolate.
If you call the hotel directly I'm sure you'll get an accurate answer
