However this past weekend the front desk staff, Tracy and Sammy specifically, went absolutely above and beyond for my reservation. They are kind, courteous, and go out of their way to ensure guest satisfaction. Thank you so much! Looking forward to staying there and seeing all of the staff again! Truly top notch!

My husband and I stayed here for almost a week for my husbands conference. The property is beautiful! The room was nice and comfortable but my absolute favorite part of our stay was our bartender, Carla. After meeting us ONCE, she remembered our names and what we were drinking. We were talking amongst our colleagues about how we were so impressed by her demeanor and positive attitude no matter how busy she was. We kept that bar busy for sure! We always made sure to sit on her side of the bar for excellent service and a smile. She definitely needs to be in a position that trains any future staff. We will be back for sure!

The manager helping us check in provided excellent customer service. She went above and beyond for us when she realized we were a military family. Her appreciation for military service as well as your hotel will keep us booking with you on future trips. The room was magnificent with the spa tub & great views!

I stay here every year when a friend and I travel to watch football. It is a great hotel with friendly staff and steps from the Stadium. Nearby restaurants are also a plus. I want to ESPECIALLY RECOGNIZE TRACY, the manager there, who bent over backwards to accommodate our room requests in Jan 2022 despite how busy things were. Also the wonderful bartenders - Brenda, Kristin and Alyeesee. They couldn't have been nicer, more fun, or more welcoming. We look forward to staying there again next year!

That place...not good to stay.
No they do not. They can offer to ring for a car though Uber,Lyft or limo. I believe the shuttle will transport from the airport to the hotel.
Not in covered area but otherwise lots of space! And also everything you might need within walking distance.
you can valet your vehicle for a hour or more if you're visiting the spa and they will write you a ticket that the hotel will Normally stamp as a freebie. Or if you tip generously the valets are usually willing to pull strings.
Not a saltwatered pool. The pool and spa are amazing though.
We went to a conference room so not sure about the pool. It's a very nice hotel though..
No they don't. But hotel is located in a pretty convenient spot where you're literally a block or two from the Cinema, shops, restaurants and bars. You can see all of it from the hotel entrance, that's how close things are.
