Treat customer badly. One employee wanted to charge to replace the battery. Then other helped but didn't have right the tools to change it. You work a auto part store the tools are on the shelves.

I called for part they said be here before 10. Yes it was 958 but I told him I was down the street. Jumped out of my car. He saw me pull up and walked away. 959. I think that is rude. Would have taken 2 min. Also already had doors locked prior to 10pm

Fast friendly service. It's been a LONG time since I've been to an auto parts store and have been treated so well. The wife and I stopped in for a battery, the guy (James) even went out with his tools and installed it for us, in the quickness. I'll definitely go out of my way (if needed) to make this my spot to go whenever I need anything. And we will FOR SURE try and get James to help us. That guy is super cool to talk to, doesn't mess around wasting time. It was overall a 10 out of 10 experience. Thanks O'Reilly and thanks James!!
