I showed up to the store with my truck running, needed my battery checked. The store manager said that he would get an associate to help me. A young gentleman name Sean came out with a battery tester and let me know that my battery was bad as he even showed me on the screen. He was helpful in finding a new battery for me and before I knew it he had the cart with tools and ready to assist. The battery was a little bit difficult in removing and replacing, not an average battery replacement as multiple parts had to be removed just to get the battery in and out. Sean was very personable, and came out when it was very humid and hot with no complaints. I appreciated everything that he did and will definitely utilize this store as my main store moving forward because of his genuine customer service that he exemplified today Thank you, Sean! -Travis
