My car battery died on me and Wes the manager went out of his way to make sure I had the correct battery and installed it for me. Some other issues were popping up so took longer than we thought but he was able to fix the problems and made sure everything was good. Seems like a lot of people know him and respect him. His customer service is beyond and definitely you don’t want to lose a guy like that! Definitely deserves a raise! I would only go back to this location because of him.

I could tell my battery was starting to give out so I headed to Autozone unfortunately before I got there my car died, luckily in a big parking lot and Autozone happend to be on the other side. My husband and I walked over to Autozone and the guys there Enrique and Jeremy were just so helpful! Enrique loaned us tools, to remove the battery, and so we wouldn't have to spend the money on them then. Then after having to come back a couple of times for different tools Jeremy asked his manager, Nick, if he could take the portable charger and walk back across the parking lot to jump the car so I could bring back over and park it in a much safer place. They manager said Yes! Jeremy attached the portable jumper And away we went. Once we got back to autozone we were able to find a very affordable battery! Since my battery is in a very precarious spot Jeremy offered, and we most gratefully accepted, to replace the battery for us. The customer service here is like No Other! Thanks guys for keeping my faith in human kindness !🥰

Maureen Is absolutely phenomenal, she knows cars like the back of her hand, and goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need!! Would absolutely recommend asking for her!! Psa to the owner. I would highly recommend giving her a raise, she's an amazing employee, the type who doesn't make you feel ashamed for not having knowledge of cars. Makes you feel right at home
