I order a family meal with the 3 side items, broccoli, mash potatoes and a salad ! And when I started eating my salad I seen something black and when I looked it was a disgusting dead fly!!! I been feeling nauseous 🤮 since I almost ate it!!!

Man these people are rude. The food was poorly packaged,cold and not good. We ordered the 8pc chicken familia package and the chicken pcs werevery small and not hot. our sides tasted like old food. our desert was the worse stale old over fried churros. bad idea dont eat here.

I ordered chicken and I get no chicken ! I order chicken tostada salad. I get a salad with no chicken . If you guys don’t want to work then quit and let Others that you want to work actually work and do their jobs.

El Pollo Loco is delicious marinated chicken. The menu has several items with there signature style chicken in them plus other Mexican style dishes.The only reason I'm rating this establishment 4 stars is because the employee that took my order did not mention the New Birria Tacos that is new to the menu. Usually I go thru the drive thru and when they greet you they offer you any new items.There was a total of 5 people in the dining area during my visit. The place was clean and organized. Will visit again but probably will stick to the drive thru the service and friendliness seem to be better quality.
