Was hopeful but disappointed again. I asked for different sauce and was told by the manager we don't have any as I'm looking in from my car and see them. Fine I have sauce at home. Food is not good tastes old. And is hard as a rock. Fries and chicken hard. This is my second time here and I was hopeful it would be better. It's actually worse.

I have tried really hard to overcome my issues with this place. Poor service, food lukewarm etc. tonight was the last straw. Ordered a chicken sandwich and the bun was hard as a rock. The bottom bun was a little more “serviceable” meaning only parts were not hard lock the top bun counterpart which was entirely hard. As I hate halfway through my partial sandwich I noticed a large black hair on the chicken. You can see this in the picture. Needless to say I will not come back. The extend of my experience is strictly at this location. My hope is other locations are better.

Love this place it was my first time going here and I love that they answered my questions about what allergens was in their food they were very Pleasant. The food was yummy!

Employees blocked off the drive through during business hours! Service throughout Covid has been getting worse and worse at this location. Surprising for only being 7:30pm
