Our room was great. It was clean, modern, and the staff was helpful. Although there was a microwave in the lobby, it would've been nice to have a microwave in the room. I would recommend the hotel to family and friends.

Marriott Bonvoy Member Level: Ambassador Elite . Review: Walls are paper thin — you can hear everything going on in the rooms next to you and outside your door, as well as street traffic. Air conditioning unit is SO LOUD! I didn’t have ear plugs so I literally slept with my head between 2 pillows to drown out the banging noises that the AC unit makes. Also, the TV in my room didn’t function at all. I was honestly shocked to see that the hotel is considered a Category 4. I’ve stayed at plenty of lower category hotels that were better quality. . Bottom line: If you’re looking for peace and quiet, this isn’t the place. Ultimately, I wouldn’t recommend this stay to a friend or colleague.

The design is different but overall was a comfortable stay. Good view from window. Shade blocked most light from the window. Bed was soft and comfortable. Shower and toilet area spacious. Plenty of seats/chairs. Good prices.

The Aloft Glendale looks to be new. It is very modern and pretty clean. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. However it is not very family friendly. In our room the bathroom shower had clear glass doors and it was exposed to the room. As well as a mirror hung on the wall that allowed for viewing of any angle that could have been concealed. There were not very many kid appropriate channels or shows on the tv. In the lobby the bar, pool table and lounge area are the focus. The beds were very comfortable and the pool was small but very nice. My oldest son said the weight room was good with a lot of options and machines.

Kristie! The hotel opened on July 5th!!! Fantastic location! Beautiful space. They are slated to have a Grand Opening celebration on July 17th! You should stop by and have a Drink at their WXYZ lounge and play a game of pool and lounge in their Re:mix area and play a board game! It's different than most hotels.
The cost of a room during the summer appears to be in line with the other hotels in the area. I suspect during sporting events/ special events the rates will increase accordingly... as will the other hotels in the area.
