Positive: Front desk receptionist  was a huge help. She was so sweet and deserves a raise. Negative: Nope

General Manager

The assistant general manager was rude . I tried to check in after driving 10 hours but she would let me check in because I didn’t have a form . It’s sad when you work for hotels and they won’t even honor a simple discount because they are too worried about rates . It took her about 5 minutes both times to help me after being behind the desk talking to someone . Don’t stay here because they don’t appreciate hospitality employees . Very disappointed .

Positive: Great location - easy access to ballfields, southern/western mountains, shopping - and walking distance to entertainment/food. This is a newer property with an active improvement/maintenance program - for example new mattresses which are super-comfy. Negative: A bit of traffic congestion on the main road before/after concert event - mainly due to repaving underway - but easy to avoid using alternate route.

My wife and I stayed here two weeks ago and we loved it!! TLC is very much needed!!! But rooms are clean. They could use some hanging bars close to the open shower 😀 Cleaning the hallways is needed. But in a great area, closed to an outdoor mall, the Cardinals stadium is around the corners, a whole lot of restaurants and easy access to the highway!! Definitely this will be our hotel when we go to Phoenix!!
