First off, A++ to the staff. It was so refreshing to visit a hotel and have a staff as friendly and helpful as EVERYONE was. Always greeting me as I passed, asking how my stay is, just great customer service that should be the norm, but we all know it isn't. The room was huge, clean, and updated. The continental breakfast was pretty good compared to many other hotels ive been to. The pool and it's surrounding area were clean and beautiful as well. I also walked from the hotel to the Gila River Arena for a Pearl Jam concert and it wasn't a bad walk at all. Highly recommend this hotel.

Love this hotel! Staff was very friendly, room was clean and beds were very comfortable. The pool area is a great place to relax and unwind! Hotel is super close to many places to eat and shop at.

I am a travel agent and decided to try this particular Brand. I had to say I was impressed and my children (3,7,8 and 9 yr old) loved it. They really enjoyed the pool, fire pit and the double queen bed room with the TV. Will use and recommend to clients in the Westgate area of Glendale, AZ. The social time they have is a must, check it out!

Looking for warmth

We enjoyed our stay at Staybridge Suites. I was impressed with how clean everything was. Staff was very friendly and helpful anytime we had a question. The rooms were small but just right for my spouse and myself. The only thing wrong with the one bedroom suite was the door to the bedroom was not really easy to navigate around. We enjoyed the managers reception Mon to Weds with beer, wine and food. Not just appetizers. One night had chicken alfredo, another night had hamburgers and hotdogs. Breakfasts were good with real eggs! Lots of healthy options too. We enjoyed sitting by the fire pit as was cool at night. Within walking distance to several sports stadiums, bars, restaurants and shopping.. Overall a very nice experience
