Everything I tried to order Was not available.Unless I waited five minutes. I agreed and was told to wait in pick up #1. After almost 10 minutes I went inside and asked for my order. I was given a bag. When I looked all I had was rice. I was required to go back in where I was finally given my order.

Usually this location is very consistent but can you guys fix the A/C in this location already? Your poor employees look miserable and I don't blame them...two weeks out for inspection is unacceptable...either close down till repairs are made or hire another technician to get the job done in a more acceptable timeframe like after hours...smh...no one should have to work in these types of conditions especially with the pay you offer...

If I could give them a 0 I would! Worst service ever and the food even worst! Rice was burnt, the burn taste was so strong I couldn’t even eat it! The string beans were not cooked and they had a bitter taste. I mentioned to the server that it seemed the egg in the rice was burnt to please take it out and she didn’t even care, just left it there. Will never be going back here again.

Placed order at drive thru, one of my plates was missing an entre and the extra entre box we ordered was left open in the bag.
