I catered food to be picked up at 1pm and they prepared it at 10:43am it was sitting out until 1:15 when I picked it up. The store was empty when I arrived and usually that’s not the case with this location. A day later I have multiple employees with upset stomachs and possible food poisoning. Food wasn’t fresh and won’t return to this Panda Express ever again.

Stood for roughly 5 minutes while employees stand and laugh in the back about whatever. Usually they're on top of it. Ordered orange chicken and it came pretty spicy for some reason. Not impressed today.

Overall the interaction with anyone behind the counter is not a good example of basic Customer service and hospitality. Online orders are usually not an issue for most establishments. Check your order before you leave if you ordered online for pick up. In addition when I picked up my order I Asked for sauce packets of soy sauce was only given a measly 3 packets. I assumed they must've already put sauce packets with my order alongside the utensils I requested while online ordering. Nope nothing, Had to go back inside and ask for more. Even the only black shirt( I'm guessing they're a manager or supervisor ) behind the counter and I still had to ask this person 3 times in order to get some sauce packets and not just 3 packets for a large order.

They have a good safety practices at this location they have the restaurant taped off 6ft part. They have hand sanitizer everywhere in the store. Staff is great and friendly
This is a social site. And being that someone at this location or the owner may not monitor it. You would have to try GrubHub, Postmates, doordash, ubereats in order to try and get food delivered. Most Panda Expresses don't have delivery.
