Do not stay here on New Year’s Eve they will turn you away even if you have one drink. Me and my boyfriends favorite bar is across the street so we wanted to have a date night have dinner, go to our favorite bar and stay at a hotel for the night. We were responsible we took a lyft everywhere, but as soon as we showed up to check in the front desk guy turned us away. I understand if we were causing a scene then yes by all means kick us out I will understand loosing my money for that but we did not. The most my boyfriend did was lay his head on my shoulders. It’s New Year’s Eve that’s the whole point in staying in a hotel, we were tired and just wanted to go to sleep. Every time I called to try and get a refund the front desk people would laugh and say we were just drunks and hangup the phone on us. If you need somewhere to stay after a few drinks do not stay here. They are extremely rude and unprofessional if you try and ask for a manager they will hangup on you.

This hotel for the price is not worth it. The room smelled like pot smoke. There was a balloon behind a chair in the corner. The hot breakfast they advertised, was not available. Only grab and go bags. Don't waste your money.

You have to kind of manage your expectations here.We enjoyed our stay- pool was warm and hottub worked fine.No continental breakfast, just a sack with a breakfast burrito, muffin, and juice.Coffee is available 6-9am.Rooms are small and could use a refresh. Main problem is the bed is right next to HVAC unit so you get blown on all night. Bathroom is decent size. The location is fine,actually hotel is kind of by itself on a fairly busy part of Bell Rd. It is on the lower end of the rate scale in the area.Outback Steakhouse next door. Again, we enjoyed our stay.

I was living with my mom and she decided to move into a retirement community. I had nowhere to go. Apartments were unavailable A friend found this hotel near by. I ended up staying for several months. The staff became like an extended family. They were so gracious, supportive, fun, and sympathetic to my difficulties. From the first day and forward I felt so welcomed I honestly didn’t try as hard as I could have to find an apartment because I liked it there so much. It’s in a great location near shopping, restaurants, and close to the Peoria spring training baseball fields. The rooms are clean, the pool is great. It’s a good price. The area is safe. It’s not fancy but employees seem to make each guest feel special. It’s just nice all the way around. I have nothing negative to say. Id highly recommend it, especially for extended stay.
