My clients have moved into this beautiful community. A few words about the community: super secure, great amenities, pets allowed, beautiful architecture and very nice floor plans, right across from Bass Pro Shop, where there is a manmade lake that offers fun activities. Dania Beach is a wonderful combination of classic living where you can still find mom-and-pop stores and a modern infrastructure at the same time. The beach is close enough, and so is Fort Lauderdale with all its museums, restaurants, etc. The point of my review, however, is to share my almost shock at how incredible this association is! They work diligently, fast, and the experience is simply enjoyable. Cynthia there is by far the ABSOLUTELY BEST PROFESSIONAL I have EVER met while working with associations in South Florida. Customer service is BEYOND INCREDIBLE. Not only all questions are answered in record time, in details, but the NICENESS LEVEL is simply shocking. What a combination of being very professional, diligent, informative, and delivering answers with kindness and courtesy! No wonder the grounds are kept so nicely! The association clearly cares. Take it from a realtor - it really had to be an outstanding experience for me to write this review. I will be spreading the word about this amazing community to my peers! I rate this experience 20 out of 10, and what a beautiful place in a great location!
