HART Homes provides in-person consultation. With completed plans, we can provide estimates. Without completed plans we can provide preliminary estimates.

Yes, State Certified General Contractor#: CGC047085 issued October 1987. We provide our current and updated certificate of insurance upon request. We maintain daily records of all our subcontractors' licenses and insurance coverage.

We are structured like most commercial general contractors. We have a Project Manager who is assigned to all costing spreadsheets, daily communication with our customers, Building Department, etc. Then in addition, we assign a Site Superintendent for each site.
