If I could give this company negative stars, I definitely would. They have fraudulently charged me THOUSANDS of dollars in unauthorized charges. Somehow my husband’s credit card was linked to a corporate account. I called and discussed this with Rob ad nauseam about a month ago and he apologized profusely and was told it would not happen again. Well lo & behold, we check our credit card statement again only to find out that more charges have been made. Rob told me there was no way to remove the card entirely and instead notes would be put in the file. I work with many vendors for a living and have never been told that a card cannot be DELETED from a user profile. I do not have time in my day, like every other person, to constantly monitor my cards and accounts to make sure that fraudulent and unauthorized charges are not being made by this vendor. I don’t have the time to place multiple calls and emails to confirm that the vendor isn’t going to continuously charge my account for things I did not order nor authorize. If this continues, I will be seeking legal action against this company. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY unless you want to monitor your accounts for the rest of your life to make sure they aren’t stealing from you.
