On inspection the gentleman was nice and friendly but they changed the technician that’s where it went down hill, they sent me an invoice with a higher quote then originally stated, I had to call to correct it then the technician came late after she confirmed a time with me, and the worse part is after I prepared she decided to reschedule so I requested a refund. Don’t waste your time. Get different quotes and go to a different company

Also did a special service to eliminate white fly . New technician, very nice, seemed very knowledgeable, called his supervisor to discuss the treatment to make sure it was the right thing to do since it was a bit pricy. It took him about two hours but he said and did the work.
