What's not to like about the Drake...Great building, fabulous location on the river, private riverside park with benches, gated parking, nice quiet complex, great residents, a hop and skip away from the nightlife in the manors. Best single and double bedroom condo complex in a few miles area. If you can get a condo in this complex, count yourself lucky.

Currently ATT U-verse TV is provided by the assocation however, in eary 2022 the building should be transitioning to Hotwire for both TV and fiber internet.
