Landlord was good but the "managers" towed my car because I accidentally left it in front of the garbage door to bring groceries in and forgot to move it because I got laid off that day and my brain was melted. They knew it was my car and knew my apartment number and phone number and could've easily knocked on the door or called to ask me to move it.

This place is under a very bad management, extremely dirty, plagued with insects, termites, worms. Worms, insects and mosquitoes, died and living, everywhere and every day, especially in the F building hallways. The worms even appear in house of residences almost every other day. So dirt and so disgusting, no spray, no even sweep.

Great landscaping and walking distance to commercial beach pier. Also the new board members are making great changes!
