Do not do business with this guy, they are criminals, they sold me a bad transmission claiming that it was a good transmission. I was trying to negotiate with him for the repair but he said no he wanted me to bring the transmission to his own guy to fix after i already pay for labor.. Please avoid doing business with them. I will not recommend them to my dog.

I recently purchased a defective Transmission from Wrights Auto Parts. As a disabled Veteran, I never expected to be treated so badly by a Company. I purchased a Transmission and the Mercedes Dealer checked and confirmed the part was bad. I spoke with Ben at Wrights and he arranged for the Transmission to be picked up. It has now been over a month and I have not received my refund. Ben emailed an assured me it would only take 3 to 7 days to refund my money. To date and many emails/phone calls later.. I still have not received my refund.
