I've been a resident here for the past 15 months. I've got nothing but great things to say. From the moment I arrived to check out the apartments, all of the staff has been awesome!! They're always quick to answer any questions I have. Maintenance responds quickly as well. They have events for residents quite regularly. Unfortunately, due to my work hours I've yet to be able to attend any but they're always fun themes. That makes it great to live here as well. The common areas are always clean, the gym is a nice size, and there's a coffee bar downstairs which is a great feature. The building is quiet, pet friendly, and great food and nightlife is just steps away!! Overall, I've enjoyed my experience here and I plan to stick around as long as possible.

I really like living in this building because of the friendly people who live here and work here and the amazing location, but there is a LOT left to be desired when it comes to amenities and overall improvements to the building when considering the recent spikes in rent. The building is secure, but there is no doorman and the gym is pretty small compared to others in the area. For the amount my rent (and everyone in the building's rent) has increased upon renewal, you'll be able to find a much better deal with better amenities elsewhere. In the 1.5 ish years that I've lived here, the staff has always been very kind and responsive. I've never had a difficult time getting a question answered or had to wait long for maintenance to come fix something. My advice to management would be to invest more in the areas that actually get used - aka - the gym, package room, dog run area. The building seems to put more emphasis on maintaining landscaping in areas that serve no function / don't get used at all and ignoring important parts of the building that clearly need improvements. The equipment in the gym breaks every other week, and compared to most other buildings in the area, the gym is basically equivalent to that of a small hotel - a few sets of weights and a couple weight machines, 2 treadmills (both of which are broken and will not be replaced for several weeks), 2 old ellipticals, and one stairmaster. They have two pelotons, which is great - but they freeze/crash mid-class OFTEN and don't work well. The treadmills they do have are 100% broken and while the building has purchased new ones, they won't arrive for weeks. Given that these treadmills have been breaking so regularly since I moved in, I'm a bit disappointed management didn't proactively invest in new ones. Many people in the building are going to have to spend even more money to work out elsewhere despite the equipment that we're supposed to have access to in the building. A great thing about this building is that it is very dog friendly. As a dog owner who lives alone, I value the ability to take my dog outside in a secure area at night without having to leave the building. One suggestion I have for management is to replace the turf in the dog area more often. Building staff power-washes the dog run regularly, however that doesn't fully eliminate bacteria that can make dogs sick. The building has a common area on the first floor that has things like a pool table, a TV and some couches - but it is almost always empty. Another suggestion would be potentially expanding the size of the gym into this area to accommodate gym-goers and make the size of the gym more comparable to other buildings in the area.

They market themselves as a "super pet friendly building" on Hotpads listings and on their website's landing page. When I inquired about the "few select breeds" that are banned from the building I was sent a list of exactly 65 dog breeds. I wouldn't market as pet friendly when they ban 50 percent of dog breeds. Very false advertising and disappointing.

I have been staying here for 2 months now and at this rate I may never leave! Every want and need I could imagine ( and some I couldn't) have all been fulfilled in a timely fashion every time. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. Particularly Jessica Coleman, anytime I have a concern I will be coming to her because her reputation of professionalism shows ten fold.
