We purchased a bed + mattress + bed frame and it was so seamless from start to finish. We never had any issues, the exact items arrived on time, and the delivery guy was very pleasant too. There was a tiny chip on one of the corners of the bed frame but it seems like a packing/ handling issue by the manufacturer and might be beyond their control. We had some personal ordeals and this business has been considerate of our situation. Overall would recommend. Great value for money. We were very happy with the purchase and service.

I'm going to wrap up a story over many months of waiting in the making. The owner/head manager had left me to sleep on the floor of my home for over 7 months. After many text reminders to the owner, and different frustrating visits to stop into the store to get updates on how things were progressing (this was before covid) and the owner never being there, I gave up. one of my family members actually drove me back once again and the owners younger brother, Karm, I believe, actually did the owners job faster and absolutely zero hassle even delivered same day I had visited. So I thank you the younger brother and the delivery man who was so kind and quick to deliver the mattress that I had paid for and making this very simple.
