Thanks especially Dr. Jensen and Nurse Brian for your kind and competent care at the ER last night. While there was a (very understandable) wait, you made sure I got a correct diagnosis, treatment, and thorough discharge instructions and I left in a lot less pain. It seems many reviewers don't understand that if they aren't in very immediate danger of death, they are not the top priority in the ER and are going to need to wait their turn, which can sometimes be a while. Resources go to the most urgent cases first, and they should! I am always satisfied with services I receive at Bozeman Health. Providers I've encountered have all been competent and caring, and the billing department has worked with me promptly in the past to resolve the rare insurance hiccups.

Bozeman Health has a great "Prompt-Pay" discount that provides 20% off your invoices if you are able to (1) make your payment within the first billing cycle, and (2) make a payment over the phone. I'd give more stars because I've always been satisfied with my family's care here, but I wish that there was more transparency about this discount. There's neither information online nor on invoices, and you won't get the discount if you pay online. Perhaps it's not a permanent policy.

My care was going well until the nurse gave me morphine and ignored me when I told him three times through tears that my legs hurt. He said “I don’t know why that would be happening.” It turns out that pain from morphine is a common sign of an allergy! He didn’t call anyone, he didn’t ask questions, he didn’t make a medical note, nothing.

Was on a car accident left to wait in a room "waiting" for the Dr. While my mom is in serious serious pain. To top it off they closed the door and the call bell doesn't work. This place is a joke. 2 hours no help.

Hi Nicole, Welcome to Montana! Bozeman Health has a great Find a Provider search on our website at BozemanHealth.org. You can search by type of provider, location, and specialty. Some of our providers also have videos to help you meet them to see if they might be a good fit for your healthcare needs. Our gynecologists are with Bozeman Health Women’s Specialists and our primary care providers are with Bozeman Health Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Primary Care. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to call 405-414-5700.
Yes
Not to the room but you could meet them at one of the entrances where screeners are. I believe they allow food and drink in the rooms currently.
I work there...straight from our website: Visitor Restrictions in Effect Patients may be visited or accompanied by one visitor at a time while maintaining adequate social distancing. Visitors are required to wear masks/face coverings at all times they are inside a Bozeman Health hospital or care site. Each unit manager or their designee has the discretion to limit or extend visitation based on clinical considerations. Visitors that are permitted at a Bozeman Health care site will be required to go through an entrance screening, and asked to thoroughly wash their hands or use alcohol sanitizer before and after leaving a patient room, exam room, or any health care location. All patients and visitors must wear a mask or cloth face covering.
Hi Jim, we would like to assist you with your question - can you share additional details on what you are asking?
Hi David, yes - Bozeman Health Deaconess Hospital is a Level III Trauma Center - you can learn more here: https://www.bozemanhealth.org/services/emergency-services/
Google does wonders. Events and Classes at Deaconess Hospital | MultiCare Health System https://www.multicare.org/deaconess-hospital-events-classes/
If you are actually a vendor then why are you asking us on google and not calling the hospital?
I think entrance 8, floor 2.
Go to the back of parking lot E, it usually has plenty of space
F is on the west side of the campus by the cancer center.
Yes, I think so.
Door 8 is on the west side of the building across the parking lot from the cancer center.
It took Molina, not sure about Ebms.
There are two places you can get an MRI. I would suggest entering near outpatient services and asking for directions from the secretary.
