If u don't want spicy go to mcdonalds
I would suggest building your own meal with sides instead of ordering off the menu as most items are spicy or very well seasoned. Also, the servers should not be blamed for the back of house issues, it is simply out of their hands once orders are put in.
I have never had a problem with them adjusting a meal for me. They are called Chili's though.
This is why you have to know where to go to eat out. Chili's is called chili's for a reason. They serve spicy food hence the chili pepper on their sign. Another example is a Mexican restaurant with the name Jalepeno, so it's safe to assume that their food is spicy. You can't expect a restaurant that is know for spicy food to not serve you spicy food because you can't handle spicy food. Go to another restaurant that doesn't serve spicy food then. Problem solved.
My wife ordered their spicy chicken and pasta And asked for no spice and when shd got it, it wasn't even spicy.
If you don't want spicy order burgers there.
