person at register was talking to (i assume she was on facetime, had her phone propped up on the register and one airpod in) we walked up after she took another order and she was on her phone, took our order just fine but we were trying to pay but she didn’t complete the order so we couldn’t pay and she was just on her phone not paying attention.

Manager ask me to pull up. 10 minutes later an employee comes out with my order but stops multiple times on the way to my car because he's on his phone. After all that my food is wrong and fries are cold. The Manager proceeds to tell me the employee is off the clock while he's working the fry station. The employee then gave me attitude which the Manager ignored. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE

It's your typical fast food joint. Their chili and baked potatoes are good. They have a pretty good fish sandwich. All around an ok to get a quick bite to eat.
