This is the worst McDonald’s people were on their phones and the mangers maya and Maria were terrible customer service because I asked for a fresh frappe and she threw it away with an attitude GET BETTER MANAGERS!!!

Bad service and rude management. Nothing is worse than waiting in the drive through line for your order just for them to get it wrong.. how you going to tell me to move my car out the line just so u can free up your clock. I’m in no obligation to move my car for you so I can free up your timer . Get my order right and I won’t eat up your clock . McDonald’s has a bad habit of thinking people are going to sit there and wait for them in the parking lot Lmboo 😂.

Good job tonight, Lake Wales McDonalds (on Central) we came here after church this evening and everything from getting our order perfect, to including sauce and napkins, you guys did an excellent job this evening!! Keep up the good work! 🥰
