I just purchased/traded with Weikert Ford this week. I was so pleased with every aspect of the transaction from the first call to driving off the lot in my new ( to me ) 2021 F-350 Super Duty truck. I looked hard to find a particular model of truck at a great price like this one. I also traded my older truck in on this one and got what I considered a deal good enough to drive 20+ hours to get. My first call was to inquire if it was still available. Danielle answered all my first set of questions with pleasantness and knowledge. My salesman - ( Jason Patterson ) FAR Exceeded my highest expectations in every way. Since I was going to have to reluctantly make a 20 hour round trip to get this truck, I was very concerned that I would finally get there only to find it either gone or get hit with a bunch of unexpected charges or deal changes. There was none of that stuff, just big ole smiling Jason at the front door ready to help make the process as smooth as possible with no frustrating pressure at all. Jason truly is the Best salesman I had dealt with in all my purchases over the years. Very knowledgeable and helpful in every aspect including helping me get the truck set up for my phone and checking to make sure I got home safely and without any problems. Great Job Jason - Great job indeed. I would also like to commend their Finance person ( Michael Alcock ) on a job well done ! He had everything ready for me and was helpful in so many ways to get in and out as quickly as possible without those annoying surprises that making car buying on the rear end such a pain in the rear.
