Just did a quick Avon delivery there but seems like a nice community. Kind of out a ways but seems like a nice upcoming area! Lots of properties available in the area!

Not sure what u are talking about. The land is rented at $495.00 per month. There are some homes that have a share attached which you become a share holder versus a home owner. 55 plus park
