It's free but make sure you're watching the delivery people enter through your doorways they delivered a couch and I didn't see it happen our security camera caught it and that's how I found out that they chipped my outer frame of my door and scratched the other side as well and they just adjusted the couch in their arms and finished coming into my house had I not watched my security cameras I would have never known that my door entrance was damaged now we have to pay out of pocket for the remold of the outer frame of our house when we called and told them about their delivery people they didn't say anything other than oh we usually don't get complaints about them instead of how can we help you to fix that or anything like that they just automatically jump to their defense and I have it on camera but I told her whatever we're not going to be doing business with you so whatever,it is what it is we will just fix it ourselves
