We ordered a couple of normal sized windows for our house, nothing special just your ordinary windows back in June for a total of $600. They wanted $300 down and we would pay the rest when they were installed. Which they told us would be 2 to 3 weeks. In the emailed invoice after paying $300 down, it was said that any money down would be non refundable. After a month we called for an update cause we were in the process of putting our house on the market and then they told us that they were having a dispute with their supplier and they didn’t know when they would arrive. So we asked for a money back cause we really needed to get this fixed. They told us that our $300 was non refundable. It is now September and after numerous attempts to either get our windows or have them refund our money and after speaking with the manager they could not provide us with what we ordered. So we were forced to have a more professional company replace our windows. This is not how you run a company. If the windows were sitting in their warehouse ready to be delivered, I would understand completely on a no refund. But if you can’t get the windows, you should do the only honest thing. Either produce the two windows or refund policy or not. Refund to your customer. That’s not how provide good customer service. I would not recommend this company.

Best atmosphere great little shop I recommend it to everybody who needs a windshield or any glass for that matter and if you're there and you need paint I'd suggest the paint department also all around superb people

Screen repair. That installed new screen in my frame and it had a flaw in it and I didn't notice it till I got home took it back and one fella said that it wasn't bad and rest of them stood around and tried to pas blame. They put new material on and I picked up next day I spent about 8 dollars in gas for there lack of professionalism and I even got to pay a service fee for using my debit card. Not the same place as years ago. I would not recommend them for any type of work.

Ordered a simple piece of glass. They required I pay in full at the tim of order. One month later, called again. They advised it was coming. Three weeks after that, I requested a refund, they stated they could only give me 50%.. Then miraculously the item was in. Poorly managed. Tried to blame me, the government, for the problem….
