To be fair, I've always had good service at Gander but I've been helped by the lady who is there right now and it was a frustrating experience. I purchased a part that was advertised at a certain price on the shelf but the computer said it was higher. After haggling a bit she honored the adversized marked price. I got home and realized I needed another one. Yep, still hand not changed the price on the shelf and she gave me a hard time again. I like to trade with local businesses but please update your pricing and don't argue with customers

This review is about the service process and not about any work done. I'm a traveling RVer that needed our HWH leveling system checked and serviced. Their service department stated that I need to drop off the RV and they can have a technician start on the work in 3 weeks. Not the best Marcus!

We bought a new 2022 Keystone Hideout 176BH from Gander Rv. We had a few issues with the camper and had to take it in. Marlayna in the service department was the one that helped us out with the issues. Our slide was messed up and we were getting very frustrated with the camper but Marlayna took amazing care of us and got everything in order and went above and beyond making sure we were taken care of with all the problems we were having. We appreciate all you did for us thanks a ton
